  • How secure is my patient data?

    Sanadoc hosts exclusively in ISO 27001-certified data centres in Germany, is GDPR-compliant and end-to-end encrypted. Patient data is never used for AI training — contractually guaranteed.

  • Can I try Sanadoc without any obligation?

    Yes. We show you Sanadoc in a 20-minute live demo — personal, with a medical professional as your contact, and tailored to your practice.

  • Does Sanadoc work with my practice management system?

    Yes — and it's simple. Sanadoc transfers your documentation with one click directly into your practice software. The direct PMS integration is set up in under 5 minutes, free of charge, and works with all common systems in Germany.

  • Who is liable for the documentation?

    Responsibility for clinical documentation remains, as always, with the treating physician. Sanadoc supports with suggestions — the final approval and control stays with you.

  • How does KIM messaging work?

    Sanadoc is KIM-enabled and can be linked to your existing KIM account. You send referral letters, electronic sick notes and findings directly from Sanadoc — no separate software required.

  • Can I cancel Sanadoc monthly?

    Yes, all plans can be cancelled monthly. There are no hidden minimum terms or setup fees.

  • What languages does Sanadoc support?

    The interface and documentation are in German. The speech recognition also understands patient conversations in English, Turkish, Russian, Arabic and other languages — the documentation is still generated in German.
